Microsurgical Neuroanatomy & Skull Base Laboratory provides a dedicated space for hands-on work with cadaveric specimens, allowing trainees to refine endoscopic and open surgical techniques. Using image-based navigation systems and photogrammetry equipment, neuroanatomical studies aim to objectively assess maneuverability and skull base exposure through various surgical corridors. Additionally, the lab is dedicated to developing innovative neuroanatomy measurement techniques applicable for surgical planning and the operating room. The skull base lab has also focused in designing and validating training models that serve as educational tools for neurosurgeons and otolaryngologists during cadaveric workshops.
